Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Noostaa, including the Noostaa website, iOS app, API, CLI, MCP, ChatGPT app integrations, and Apple Watch companion features. By using Noostaa, you agree to these Terms.

Publisher

Noostaa is published and provided by Metalone Media (Metalone OÜ, Estonia). These Terms are between you and Metalone OÜ. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Metalone OÜ.

Use of Noostaa

Noostaa helps users save training plans and planned workouts, follow workouts, record workout sessions, import authorized Apple Health activity, review training history, track exercise feedback, and move workout content between the Noostaa app and authorized assistant integrations. You may use Noostaa only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

Accounts and Authentication

You may need to sign in through an authentication provider to use Noostaa. You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly revoke access if you believe your credentials or devices are compromised.

Subscriptions

Noostaa may require an active subscription or trial to use service features, sync completed workouts, and use CLI or assistant integrations. Subscription availability, trial length, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may depend on the App Store or another purchase provider shown at checkout. Cached workouts may remain available on your device when service access is paused, and Noostaa may allow a limited sync grace period for completed sessions.

Your Content

You keep ownership of workouts, workout notes, comments, planning data, training history, exercise feedback, and other content you add to Noostaa or authorize Noostaa to import. You grant Metalone OÜ a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, sync, and back up that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Assistant and GPT App Use

If you connect Noostaa to ChatGPT, an MCP client, the Noostaa CLI, or another assistant, you authorize that integration to perform the actions exposed by Noostaa and allowed by your authentication session. Some tools can create, update, archive, read, or summarize workout data. You are responsible for reviewing assistant-generated content before relying on it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Noostaa, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, scrape or overload the service, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use Noostaa to harm others.

Workout Information

Workouts, exercise targets, effort guidance, performance summaries, imported activity, and assistant-generated training content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Noostaa is not a medical, physical therapy, coaching, or emergency service. You are responsible for checking workout suitability, using appropriate equipment and form, and stopping when something feels unsafe.

Apple Health and Apple Watch

Apple Health and Apple Watch features are optional and depend on device availability, permissions, and Apple's systems. If you enable them, Noostaa may read authorized workout, heart rate, distance, and active energy data, write completed Noostaa workouts and active energy, and import workout activity into your Noostaa history. Health data can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or affected by device settings.

Third-Party Services

Noostaa may depend on third-party services for hosting, authentication, assistant integrations, app distribution, subscription processing, Apple Health, observability, or other infrastructure. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Noostaa is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

App Store Terms

If you obtain Noostaa through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable terms. Apple is not responsible for Noostaa, its content, maintenance, support, or claims related to Noostaa except as required by applicable law.

Account Deletion

You may delete your Noostaa account from the Account screen in the app. Account deletion removes your Noostaa account record and Noostaa workout data from active systems and signs you out locally, but it does not cancel active App Store subscriptions or delete records controlled by third-party authentication, Apple, or assistant providers.

Service Changes

Noostaa is evolving. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or availability. We may also impose limits to protect the reliability, security, or integrity of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Noostaa at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued operation is no longer practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers

Noostaa is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metalone OÜ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Noostaa changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page or providing notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
